Epic Treasure Protocol started in 2016 as a two-rig practice room above a Shoreditch coffee roaster. Today we run a 14-station studio, a soundproofed casting booth and a development floor where small teams ship real titles.
We sit at the crossroads of competitive play and creative production. Mornings are for ranked coaching and VOD reviews; afternoons belong to game jams, QA passes and engine work; evenings light up with live tournament broadcasts streamed straight from the booth.
Everything is run by people who still queue ranked at midnight. We hire active players, certified coaches and shipped developers — not marketers reading from a script. If you care about frame data, draft theory or netcode, you will feel at home here.

A 256-player online championship across three titles, run over two weekends with automated bracket reporting.
“Three months of ranked coaching at Epic Treasure Protocol took me from hard-stuck Plat to Diamond 1. The Tuesday VOD reviews changed how I read every round.”

“They built our entire roguelike from a napkin sketch. Honest scoping, weekly builds, and they hit the Steam date. Lantern & Coil would not exist without this team.”

“We ran our 32-team CS2 LAN on their stage. The production was broadcast quality — observers, casting, the lot. Players said it felt like a proper tier-one event.”
